These admins have the ability to edit, add to or even delete blogs and their users. They can also choose to have plugins disabled on created blogs as a default feature.

Additional contrasts between the two include batch updating. Wordpress Mu blogs are housed in a single database. Make a change once and it is system wide. The multi user format has a stricter acceptance policy as far as HTML goes. It also does not allow posting through an email message. Although the spinoff may be a bit more complicated on the front end in terms of install times and getting to the know the different features, in the long run time will be saved.
