You have almost no control over layout, design or colour, and are restricted to the templates on offer. Granted, you can change the colour theme with most of them, but generally the choices are red, green and blue.
The templates themselves are all very similar, and although advertised a 500+ templates, this could probably be reduced to 20 or so, if you were able to move the text boxes around on the page. I have tried to do this, but to no avail; there are loads of buttons on the console, but I have no idea what most of them do as clicking on them doesn't seem to do anything, and there's very little help available.
Uploaded company logos (for example), are scaled to pre-defined proportions, and you can do nothing to change this. There is another option to completely clear the template, but then you're left with nothing at all to work with - and I mean nothing.
I've also had endless problems with uploading images - I been ending up with images that I've never seen before in my life.
If you want a very simple site, use the free basic version of Web Builder, it's alright and far easier to navigate than the Plus version. If on the other hand, like me, you think you'll get something useable and more professional for the £60 odd quid the Plus version costs, then think again!
