I really don't know about that. But I think there might be one. You can always search on the net or try to ask someone who is an expert on it.

Yes, of course you could. Its just like making it out a no follow web page and that's it. Its always optional. Why? You don't see any noticeable result in your page even when it is in no follow mode?

If you want a link to be 'no follow' (so Search Engines like Google don't follow the link) simply add this into your link code:
rel="nofollow"
So a link may look like this:
<a href="http://www.mysite.com" rel="nofollow">text here</a>
By default links are 'follow' so nothing to add if you want them to be followed by search engines....
There are many factors involved as to how adding follow or no follow to a link would effect your rankings, but as a general rule I would suggest 'no follow' on all external links....
