Our Billing hours are: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

System Status

You can find out Pixel Internet's system status at anytime via your control panel or by visiting www.webhostingstatus.com where any urgent issues will be posted.

Technical Support

If you have any questions regarding your Web Hosting, Domains, Email or Web Builder account please contact our Technical Support team via your control panel.

Our Technical Support team is on hand 24/7 all year round.

Reseller Account Holders

If you have any Technical, Sales or Billing questions regarding your Reseller Web Hosting account, you can contact your personal account manager who would have been assigned to you when you opened your account.

Your Personal Account Manager's hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
