Is there any chance the ready-made magento themes could be installed to your hosting? Or you should use only Magento eCommerce platform and standard themes for them?

Yes you can easily install template themes. Especially themes from Template Monster. This should have no effect on the requirements needed in order to run correctly on our servers.
